Mission
The mission of the Hall County Christmas Collaborative (HCC) is to create a unified registration platform that ensures every family in need receives the Christmas assistance they deserve. By centralizing the registration and application process, we aim to serve every student in Hall County with dignity, eliminate duplicate efforts, and foster a community where generosity and support reach all those in need.

Our Process

Student Outreach
Each fall, HCC, in collaboration with the Hall County and Gainesville City School systems, distributes a flyer to every student outlining the process for Christmas assistance that year.

Family Registration
A dedicated team of volunteers organizes in-person registration for families seeking holiday support.

Sponsor Matching
Once registered, families are matched with our partnering agencies and sponsors based on their agency requirements/preferences, who assist each family.

Additional Support
Families who register later in the season will also be assisted, with careful attention to avoid duplicate registrations across agencies.
